  2. Prince Sebe Maloba

    Founder/ Chief Executive Officer  (CEO)

    Certified mechanical engineer, environmental scientist, entrepreneur and farmer. Eco-designer, regenerative farmer and nature advocacy. Iam passionate about developing a strong Biochar industry in Kenya and Uganda. I am the founder and CEO of Biochar Climate Resolution and Permaculture For Sustainable Communities companies. My biochar experience covers product development, commercialization and market development. I have degree in environmental science, diploma in mechanical engineering, diploma in permaculture design course, he was trained in biochar production and waste management and experience in working in Uganda and Kenya .  For him, biochar simplified environmentalism by creating a system that co-existed with the natural world. I collect solutions, test them and offer them to society. Prince is a dynamic, purpose-driven mechanical engineer with experts in bio process development, process design, simulation and socio-economic analysis over several years in bio economy sector. He has scientific understanding of biochar life cycle and GHG accounting with different feed stocks, production process, and end-uses and challenges associated with biochar.



  3. Collins Omondi

    Treasurer

    Mr. Omondi, trained in banking from Kisii university, Kenya, he has CPA 1 in accounting. He has an extensive businesses career in general management and senior commercial management position in the manufacturing service and IT industries.As an accountant by training,he has 15years of experience in finance as financial director, director of operations, and in the development of financial products. He acts as chief financial officer at Biochar Climate Resolution. He is responsible for managing biochar projects related to carbon credits, and customers of biochar carbon credits around the world.



  4. Felix Kemboi

    Biochar consultant

    Felix Kemboi is IT third year student,he works on company website and company database. He has diploma in business management and worked with company producing biochar,syngas and briquettes. Kemboi has joined Biochar Climate Resolution 1 year ago. Leveraging his experience with biochar and pyrolysis, he manages projects and business development relative to consulting, and is responsible for BCRs carbon credit branch which includes project development, marketing and brokerage.

  5. Irene Adhiambo

    Volunteer Member

    He is chemical student at University of Nairobi. His work involves biomass residues and nutrient dynamics including biochar effects on N2O and CO2 production following soil amendments, efforts on crop growth,N fixation and kinetics.He has conducted field trials in the Kenya and Uganda and had soil microbial and agronomic expertise.

He is vast in new paradigm business and community consulting as an eco village sustainable permaculture designer. He is qualified biochar designer, He contact training, and product quality management to assist biomass/biochar kiln owners to make their kilns run well.

    Soil scientist

    Patrick is a soil scientist and microbiologist who researches nutrient cycling in soil. He is working with biochar to see if its addition to soils changes nutrient cycling which might then have an impact, positive or negative, on crop growth and soil health.
